Due to the nature of these bridesmaid dresses being made to order, there are certain Terms and Conditions associated with ordering these dresses. Please read them.
Once an order is placed, the order cannot be changed, altered, or cancelled in any way, unless the order is for a "quickship" gown that specifically states can be returned. In the event an item is not available you will receive a full refund for the item to the original payment method.
We have no control and accept no responsibility for the sizing selected. If unsure how to measure and use the attached size charts, please get professionally measured and if still unsure what size to order, contact us via phone or email. We want your dress to fit, but it should be understood to get a "perfect" fit, alterations are typically needed.
Please check the provided size chart to ensure correct sizing.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for store credit or refund. A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refunds. You will have 5 days to return the merchandise. Contact us for return instructions. All returns must be in original packaging and still have the tags attached. All Returns without the correct instructions will not be accepted. In is the customers responsibility to ensure any returned merchandise arrives to us, so we recommend utilizing signature required option on whichever method is used to return merchandise.
We contract with USPS and will provide tracking numbers to our customers. Any lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage all our customers to select the signature required option when shipping.
BetterBridal has made every effort to display accurately the products featured on our Site. However, the colors we use and the capabilities of different computer monitor will affect the colors seen on a computer screen. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately display color, texture, or any merchandise details. We strongly suggest you order swatch to get accurate color.
BetterBridal is not responsible for errors made in selecting a dress size and cannot guarantee a dress will fit properly. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to use a tape measure to take their measurements properly and then select the size that best fits them based on the size chart for the particular item purchased. We reserve the right to change sizes available and the size charts at any time. We strongly recommend that our customers get professionally measured if the are unsure about sizing. Bridesmaids dresses are typically smaller than normal "street wear", and we encourage all our customers to get properly measured.
BetterBridal does not warrant that 1) the contents of this site will be accurate, reliable or free of error 2) that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or 3) that your use of this site will be without interruption.
