The very most important thing to do is get measured. Local seamstresses and Dry cleaners are excellent places to go to get measured. Our recommendation is to go with a seamstress as odds are one will need a seamstress to get a "perfect fit" with an online ordered wedding dress anyway. Getting professionally measured is a very small investment that will pay big dividends
Keep in mind the style of dress that is being purchased. For example, there is a lot more flexibility with the Hip Measurement in a Ball gown, than in a mermaid style. If there are any questions, please Email or call us with your measurements and the style of dress you are looking at purchasing, and we will give you our recommendations on selecting the size based upon those measurements.
While we do not recommend custom measurements except under certain cases, we can do custom measurements. Please contact us with style number you are interested in, and we will get you what measurements we need to do a custom measured dress.
As we sell these dresses in our bricks and mortar stores, we are so confident in the quality of this dress, our return policy is simple. This dress can be returned within 10 days of receiving dress. Simply use the return label and mail it back to us, no questions asked. Within 5 business days, we will refund your money. In the event the dress has been altered, or worn, we can not accept the return. If the dress return does not include the hangar or bag, a small nominal fee of $15 will be charged.
